The new release of the HAWE customer portal brings two new services to the cloud for customers. Developers and Integrators can benefit from the the online 3D product catalog. The interactive spare parts catalog supports targeted service.
With the 3D product catalog "HAWE 3D", the developer builds 3D models independently and quickly and then downloads them in suitable format. They get access to true-to-size product models from the HAWE portfolio and are thus supported in the design and planning of their products or machines. Dimensions and installation space of HAWE components can be directly taken into account and matched during machine design. However, should any questions arise, every customer will find the contact details of his direct HAWE contact person in the portal.
The interactive spare parts catalog "PartsMan" shows the spare parts belonging to the product type as well as detailed assembly and installation instructions. The selected components can be requested directly from the HAWE service department.
