HAWE offers hydraulic components and systems built to last a machine‘s life time. In the unlikely event of an unforeseen failure our spare parts service will be at your side. Call us for assistance. We will work out a solution tailored to your needs and you receive the appropriate, cost-saving spare part at a demand-adjusted delivery time.

Our spare parts service offers you:

  • Identification of the spare part by means of detailed exploded-view drawings (among others, valves, pumps, power packs, springs, seals and gaskets)
  • Defining alternative spare parts, in case outdated parts are no longer manufactured
  • Configured sealing kits, deliverable ex stock
  • Demand-adjusted delivery times:
    The spare part will be shipped the same day, if it is in stock and the order is received by 2 pm. Where customized spare parts are to be manufactured you will benefit from our flexible production so that urgent parts take precedence, without disrupting normal production.

Special service tools for short-term needs of standard products:

  • Rapid Range: Predefined products that are at the customer within four days
  • Priority Management: Delivery times individually shortened for singular make-to-order production
  • Breakdown Order: Quickest possible delivery in case of machine downtime
