In 2016, I was allowed to continue my work at the location in Sachsenkam. Through this internal change of location, I was able to build a larger network with great colleagues and expand my knowledge. In 2017, I moved to Aschheim to the purchasing department and worked as a supplier developer. Here I took care of audit program creation, auditing of suppliers, complaint handling, concluding quality assurance agreements, creating supplier instructions, new supplier selection/approval and strategic supplier development.
In 2021 I returned to Freising and took over the position as Head of Quality. Since then, I have been responsible for the strategic further development of the quality processes in the plant, the planning and controlling of the test equipment budget, the support of complaints processing, the representation of quality in the plant, the acquisition of new technologies and the approval of process changes in the plant with my team of 11 employees, whom I manage on a disciplinary basis, and 5 employees, whom I manage on a technical level.
