Servo hydraulic power pack type HS

The servo hydraulic power pack type HS contains a very compact and powerful servo electric motor. Due to "Power on Demand" it impresses with high energy efficiency and can do without additional cooling. With the servo unit type HS, reversing operation can be realized without additional valve technology. It is also characterized by its small footprint, compact design and low noise emission. The unit is used in injection molding machines, machine tools, punching and bending machines, and straightening machines, among others. Electro-hydraulic drive type ePRAX® modular

The patented ePRAX® modular electro-hydraulic drive is tailored to the special requirements of drives for CNC press brakes. All required components can be assembled using a modular design, ensuring optimal use of the installation space through a flexible layout. The ePRAX® modular complies with the valid accident prevention regulations and is certified with concept assessment no. 18003.

Electro-hydraulic drive type ePRAX® max

The patented ePRAX® electro-hydraulic drive combines the advantages of both drive technologies in a single, powerful and ready-for-connection system. Thanks to its hydraulics, it is powerful and durable, and it does not need any external oil lines due to its integrated design. Speed control takes place independently for each axis via the ePRAX controller. This drive has been specially optimized for press brakes and, through the targeted use of stored drop energy for the return stroke, it provides an extremely high level of dynamics while also achieving significant energy savings. The ePRAX® max complies with the valid accident prevention regulations and is certified with certificate of unit approval no. 13005.

Servo motor pump units as enabler for efficient hydraulic solutions

The HAWE’s MPLMhybrid combines servomotor, internal gear pump, pressure filter and valve block to one integrated unit. This makes the electro-hydraulic drive unit for press brakes compact and energy efficient. Less electric power consumption and less oil heating.

Proportional-Verstärker Typ EV2D

The electronic proportional amplifier EV2D is a multi-channel amplifier for controlling or regulating up to six actuators. Various adjustable parameters allow an optimal adaptation to the respective application. Due to the current feedback measurement at the valve outputs, influences of temperature and voltage supply are detected and regulated out. Sensor signals and setpoints can be read analog or via CAN interface. Optionally, the EV2D is available with LAN interface. An integration into the machine control via EtherCAT is possible.
