Electro-hydraulic drive type ePRAX® modular

The patented ePRAX® modular electrohydraulic drive is tailored to the special requirements of drives for CNC press brakes. All required components can be assembled according to the modular principle and allow an optimal use of the installation space by a flexible arrangement.

Servo motor pump units as enabler for efficient hydraulic solutions

The HAWE’s MPLMhybrid combines servomotor, internal gear pump, pressure filter and valve block to one integrated unit. This makes the electro-hydraulic drive unit for press brakes compact and energy efficient. Less electric power consumption and less oil heating.

LiftAx for synchronous lifting and lowering

The new decentralised solution LiftAx from HAWE Hydraulik realises synchronous lifting and lowering operations with maximum precision and also offers advantages during installation and commissioning. The plug & play unit consisting of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic power pack type LiftAx is mounted at each lifting point of the pallet changer.

Proportional amplifier type EV2D

It controls up to 6 hydraulic valves and is specially designed for the use of valve-controlled systems in press brakes. Thanks to SIL3 and the safety function (STO), the amplifier as an electronic module meets the requirements for machine safety for press brakes.

Compact hydraulic power pack type INKA

The compact hydraulic power pack type INKA is prepared for condition monitoring with integrated sensors and communication box and saves resources due to its low oil filling volume. Its compact design makes it ideal for controlling auxiliary functions in press brakes and sheet metal cutting machines.
