Hydraulic Floor-Lock-Systems from HAWE Hydraulik

HAWE Hydraulik offers a very compact and reliable hydraulic floor-lock system for heavy mobile equipment. Already proven in many large medical devices, it is used for fixing, supporting and damping on site. The hydraulic floor-lock set is tailored to customer-specific requirements and delivered "Plug&Play". The complete set consists of a hydraulic power unit, a control block, 4 cylinders and the corresponding hose lines. It is also possible to extend an existing hydraulic system in the unit with the new additional function.

The classic Floor-Lock system:

In this technically mature entry-level model, the track roller and jack cylinder are mounted structurally separate from each other.

  • Various cylinder sizes and stroke lengths are available
  • Solution for very price sensitive markets and applications

The integrated Floor-Lock system:

In this plug & play solution, the lifting cylinders are already integrated in double rollers. This solution was developed together with the renowned roller manufacturer RHOMBUS (Colson). Even existing systems with centrally lockable castors can be easily converted.

  • Easy manoeuvrability
  • More design freedom due to small installation space
  • High stability
  • Compensation of uneven floors
  • Further options such as position compensation and damping available
  • Load capacity: up to 250kg per cylinder
