As a student at HAWE, you can continuously put your knowledge from your studies into practice. You have the opportunity to accompany a project through many decisive phases and to get to know the day-to-day business intensively. From day one, you will be involved in the day-to-day business and work on interesting projects. This allows you to put into practice and expand the knowledge you have already acquired. Depending on your interests, you can also take on your own smaller projects and grow with them.

Jakob - Working Student Corporate Development

I study Business Informatics in Munich and have been working as a student trainee at HAWE for over 2 years now. I started my work experience in the Strategic Sales & Marketing department and took on tasks such as Reporting & Planning and supported parts of the Salesforce development. Currently, I work in the Corporate Development department and mainly deal with new approaches to provide the company with a good and up-to-date market overview.

For me, HAWE is an open and familiar company, which offers a pleasant working atmosphere with all the nice colleagues. Here you are also challenged and taken seriously as a working student or trainee, so that you can also contribute and implement your own ideas.

The opportunity to realise your own ideas gives you the chance to make a meaningful contribution to HAWE even as a working student. With the help of open communication in the workplace, you receive honest and detailed feedback from your colleagues. This allows me to develop and grow, which is very valuable for my future career. In addition, there is the possibility to flexibly adjust one's working hours during examination periods at the university. HAWE is very understanding about this. The payment as a working student at HAWE is very fair, which makes student life much more pleasant.
