I took on the position of strategic organisational developer and was involved in projects to further develop the organisational and personnel structures of the HAWE Group both nationally and internationally. Developing sustainable structures and accompanying the employees and managers on their way into this new structure were the main focuses during this time. I also supported the colleagues in quality management during the international QM audits, which allowed me to build up a good HAWE process knowledge in addition to a lot of international experience.
This led me to the next station at HAWE: From 2017 to 2020, I was Head of International Organisation & Processes and, in addition to organisational development, I was also responsible for process management. Since 2020, I have been responsible for the area of "Business Performance Management" and, together with my 12 employees, I take care of all controlling-related topics of HAWE SE and HAWE Micro Fluid GmbH, as well as the credit and debit processes in accounting.
