Mini hydraulic power packs

With their highly compact, weight-optimised design, mini power packs are designed for a wide range of applications. They provide a flow rate from 0,24 lpm to a maximum of 4 lpm. The portfolio includes hydraulic power packs from simple holding functions in reversing mode, simple lifting/lowering functions to special power packs for safety brakes for cranes, lifts and winches.

Mini hydraulic power pack type HR050

In this mini power pack, our well-proven radial piston pump from automotive engineering is integrated directly into the bell housing. As oil tank the unit has a round transparent tank with a M8x1 filler plug.

Mini hydraulic power pack type HR080

The type HR080 micro hydraulic power pack features high pressure in the smallest space, with the option to use any installation position. The reversing function is performed by reversing the direction of rotation of the motor. A directional valve is not needed. The motor is protected from overload by an integrated temperature switch. This hydraulic power pack is equipped with a DC or AC motor.

Mini hydraulic power pack type HR120

The type HR120 mini hydraulic power pack features high pressure in the smallest space, with the option to use any installation position. The reversing function is activated by reversing the motor’s direction of rotation. No directional valve is required. The motor is protected from overloads by a built-in temperature switch.

Mini hydraulic power pack type A

The mini hydraulic power unit type A is characterized by its modular design. In the power pack, an external gear pump is flanged to the equipment carrier and the oil reservoir is designed as a round plastic tank with an M 14x1.5 filler plug. The power unit is mainly used in automotive engineering, aviation, floor-lock systems as well as in decentralized hydraulic control systems.

Valve bank (directional seated valve) type SLC1

The SLC1 chained valves are a combined design consisting of seated valves and dual check valves. They can be used to hold hydraulic actuators in position for long periods of time. Restrictor check valves are mounted on the cylinders for speed adjustment.

Valve bank (directional spool valve) type TLC3

The TLC3 series connection add-on valve is a combined design consisting of a slide valve and a dual check valve. It can be used to hold hydraulic actuators in position for long periods of time. The built-in T-throttles also allow the user to pre-set the speed of the actuators.

Diaphragm accumulator type AC

The diaphragm accumulator type AC is used as a source of pressurized oil. It supports or increases the pump delivery flow or stores pressure energy, e.g. for an accumulator charge circuit. The type AC is available as a miniature hydraulic accumulator. It is particularly suitable for usage in clamping hydraulics. It is used there to compensate for volume changes in the event of temperature fluctuations, to cover any leakage losses or to dampen oscillations.

Lifting cylinder type DZ25

Differential cylinders are double-acting cylinders with a single-ended piston rod. They thus have effective areas of two different sizes: The larger piston area is for extension and a smaller ring area is for retraction. If the cylinder is to generate tensile forces, the largest available ring area is selected.

Lifting cylinder type LVM

The differential cylinder type LVM, LAS is designed for a traversing speed up to 0.1 m/s, and thanks to its high-quality seal system can remain in position for extended periods. When operated correctly it is capable of performing at least 100,000 double strokes. For special applications, the differential cylinder type LVM, LAS can be equipped with customer-specific sealing elements and manufactured to customer-specific stroke lengths.
