In 2010, I became aware of a working student position at HAWE during a lecture and was subsequently able to get to know this great company.

In 2011 HAWE offered me the opportunity to write my diploma thesis directly in the company. I dealt with the topic in the area of project management and specifically the HAWE innovation process. I was then taken on as an engineer in quality management in the area of functional test planning at HAWE. In addition, I was able to expand and apply my knowledge through several qualifications. For example, I was able to complete the additional training as an internal ISO 9001 auditor and have been carrying out internal audits at HAWE ever since.
