Franziska - Teamlead People Development

After working as an intern and student trainee at HAWE, I took the opportunity to join the International Organizational Development department as an HR Development Expert. My responsibilities included organising and conducting training courses or workshops and conducting potential analyses for our managers and technical experts.

In order to further develop employees, I accompany our internal talent programme and conduct 360° feedbacks. Later, I developed further to become a People Development Specialist in the International People Management department. There, I was responsible for strategic projects and cooperation in an international context.

Since 2022, I have been Team Leader for People Development and, with my area of responsibility, which consists of five employees, I drive the further development opportunities at HAWE - from trainees to the highest management level.
