Hydraulic tools

Hydraulic tools are often carried to their place of use by hand and also designed for manual actuation. Small dimensions and low weight make life easier for the user and offer good accessibility and ease of reach at the place of work. Crimping tools join heating pipes by means of plastic deformation; cutters are used to cut cables or metal bars at recycling yards; nut splitters separate screw connections that cannot be released by other means. Rescue tools used by the fire service are hydraulically powered; they are used to cut damaged vehicles open in the event of an accident.

Your requirements and functions:

  • The tool should open and close quickly
  • The working stroke should deliver high force
  • The tool should switch quickly between rapid advance and the working stroke
