Minihydraulikaggregat Typ HR050
In diesem Miniaggregat ist unsere vielfach bewährte Radialkolbenpumpe aus der Automobiltechnik direkt im Pumpenträger integriert. Als Ölbehälter besitzt das Aggregat einen runden durchsichtigen Tank mit einer M8x1 Einfüllschraube.
The type HR080 micro hydraulic power pack features high pressure in the smallest space, with the option to use any installation position. The reversing function is performed by reversing the direction of rotation of the motor. A directional valve is not needed. The motor is protected from overload by an integrated temperature switch. This hydraulic power pack is equipped with a DC or AC motor.
The type HR120 mini hydraulic power pack features high pressure in the smallest space, with the option to use any installation position. The reversing function is activated by reversing the motor’s direction of rotation. No directional valve is required. The motor is protected from overloads by a built-in temperature switch.
The mini hydraulic power unit type A is characterized by its modular design. In the power pack, an external gear pump is flanged to the equipment carrier and the oil reservoir is designed as a round plastic tank with an M 14x1.5 filler plug. The power unit is mainly used in automotive engineering, aviation, floor-lock systems as well as in decentralized hydraulic control systems.
The compact hydraulic power pack type HICON’s encapsulated design offers protection against temporary immersion in water according to protection class IP 67. The pump module integrates a gear pump and a brushless motor. The motor's rotation can be reversed, thus facilitating low reversion without requiring a directional valve. When designing the compact hydraulic power pack type HICON, particularly emphasis was placed upon status monitoring. The integrated temperature switch protects the motor from overloading.
Directional seated valves have zero leakage. Depending on the valve type, actuation is electromagnetic, pressure-actuated, mechanical or manual. The range includes seated valves and valve combinations. Directional spool valves are also a type of directional valve. They control the direction of movement and the velocity of single and double-acting hydraulic consumers. Valve bank (directional seated valve) type SLC1
The SLC1 chained valves are a combined design consisting of seated valves and dual check valves. They can be used to hold hydraulic actuators in position for long periods of time. Restrictor check valves are mounted on the cylinders for speed adjustment.
The TLC3 series connection add-on valve is a combined design consisting of a slide valve and a dual check valve. It can be used to hold hydraulic actuators in position for long periods of time. The built-in T-throttles also allow the user to pre-set the speed of the actuators.
Various fittings are available for hydraulic accessories, which are used to connect these hydraulic devices to the pressure lines of HAWE hydraulic power packs and valves in various assembly situations. Piston type accumulators are a type of hydraulic accumulator. A freely moving piston separates the compressible gas cushion from the hydraulic fluid.
Diaphragm accumulator type AC
The diaphragm accumulator type AC is used as a source of pressurized oil. It supports or increases the pump delivery flow or stores pressure energy, e.g. for an accumulator charge circuit. The type AC is available as a miniature hydraulic accumulator. It is particularly suitable for usage in clamping hydraulics. It is used there to compensate for volume changes in the event of temperature fluctuations, to cover any leakage losses or to dampen oscillations.
