A hydraulic power pack is an energy unit which generates and provides hydraulic pressure in order to operate hydraulic consumers. Compact hydraulic power packs, standard hydraulic power packs, servo hydraulic power packs and mini hydraulic power packs are available to choose from. Suitable connection blocks enable valve banks in which directional seated valves and directional spool valves can be combined to be mounted directly.
Hydraulic power packs
The hydraulic pump converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy by conveying and pressurising a liquid. HAWE Hydraulik offers radial piston pumps, axial piston pumps, gear pumps, pneumatically operated hydraulic pumps, hand pumps and pump elements. They can be used individually or installed in a hydraulic power pack.
Pumps
Hydraulic valves control, regulate or block the flow and the pressure of hydraulic fluid within a hydraulic system. Various designs and sizes of directional valves, pressure valves, flow valves and check valves are available to choose from. They can be installed individually or combined as a valve bank.
Valves
Control blocks combine multiple hydraulic valves in a compact unit and therefore specifically control a machine’s movements and functions. HAWE Hydraulik makes a distinction between valve banks which combine various valve types, directional spool valves with a modular segment design and lifting modules for specific applications.
Manifolds, valve banks
An integrated solution combines mechanical and electronic components with the suitable software-based control in a single product. This means that individual functions are optimally coordinated to one another in a compact form. The solution is designed to customer-specific requirements and delivered ready for mounting.
Integrated solutions
Electronic components in the hydraulic system record, process and control signals in order to precisely monitor, regulate and automate hydraulic functions. The electronic components from HAWE are ideally coordinated to the hydraulic components. These include mobile controls, proportional amplifiers and sensors.
Electronics
Energy packs, also called rechargeable battery packs, consist of multiple battery modules linked together in a parallel or serial circuit. They act as universally usable electrical energy stores. In a parallel circuit, the energy packs can be expanded to form a battery system in order to reach the machine’s desired range.

Various hydraulic actuators such as clamping cylinders, hydraulic cylinders and differential cylinders are available in the product range to match the hydraulic valves and pumps. The hydraulic motors offered are axial piston motors with constant displacement.

The accessories include hydraulic accumulators with various designs, fittings and filter elements. They can be ordered individually or are installed in the hydraulic components and systems from HAWE.

In the area of software, HAWE Hydraulik provides customers with configuration files, software for parametrising and diagnosing the hydraulic controls as well as support files and documentation for electronic products.

HAWE Hydraulik’s steering systems are used to control pleasure craft and recreational boats. They steer the boat propulsion system according to the direction of travel chosen by the operator. The attached hydraulic cylinder reliably executes the steering movement, both for outboard engines and Z-drives.

Trim and Tilt Systems
The hydraulic drive for rescue stretchers type ResQ-Lift consists of a hydraulic power pack with dynamic brushless motor and a double-acting cylinder that is flange-mounted directly. It powers the lowering/lifting movement of rescue stretchers, which reduces the physical strain on the rescue personnel when loading the patient and makes things easier and more comfortable for the patient.
Drives for rescue beds
Mobile robot platforms consist of a driverless transport system and installed function modules. This enables them to adapt flexibly on a changing succession of tasks and places of work. Thanks to modern hardware and software components, these platforms can be controlled remotely or by internal programming when performing their work.

Canopy Drive Systems
HAWE Hydraulik’s heavy-duty window lifters have been designed specifically for use in armoured vehicles. In an emergency, they open and close bulletproof glass weighing up to 45 kg in just 6 seconds. There is an additional emergency function to ensure the highest degree of safety: an emergency valve, which enables the window to be opened and closed at any time. Thanks to a hydraulic accumulator, the window can be independently opened and closed even if the vehicle battery is no longer providing power.

Shear systems
Floor-lock systems consist of a mini hydraulic power pack, manifold and cylinders and are delivered fully assembled and tested. They are used to lock, dampen and stabilise mobile units. As a result, they ensure excellent stability on even and uneven floors.

HAWE Hydraulik’s hydraulic positioning systems for aircraft seats enable the seat and backrest to be quickly positioned and adjusted, making things easier and more comfortable for seated passengers. The design of the drive has been optimised so as to minimise the weight.

HAWE Hydraulik’s drives for exoskeletons are fully assembled hydraulic systems consisting of a hydraulic power pack, valve block, cylinder, hose line and sensor system. They were developed by HAWE Micro Fluid together with industry and research and can be used for both active and passive exoskeletons.

Hydraulic press control systems are used in CNC press brakes to control the movement of the two cylinders that drive the ram. These control systems include all hydraulic valves required to precisely actuate and hold up the cylinders. Thanks to the use of advanced technology, these systems ensure that the sheet metal is worked reliably and efficiently.

Position measuring systems
The hydraulic locking units type HLU have been designed specifically for amusement rides and temporary structures and can be tailored to the customer’s specific needs. They offer maximum safety for the shoulder bar, lap bar and abdominal bar in rider restraint systems.

Lifting columns are fully pre-assembled systems comprising a hydraulic power pack, controller, actuators and guide system for all required movements and supplementary functions of medical equipment. Standardised hydraulic components enable lifting columns to perform a greater range of functions and improve functional reliability.
Lift columns
The lifting system type LOGAR is an electro-hydraulic lifting system for load-carrying AGVs (automated guided vehicles) that drive underneath and lift loads from below. Connecting the 4 hydraulic differential cylinders in series and using appropriately matched piston and annulus surface areas enables sufficiently precise synchronisation at low effort, low cost and high robustness.
