Wolfgang Sochor has been COO of HAWE Hydraulik since 2008 and is responsible for the management board division Value Chain Management. In this role, he has been Deputy to CEO Robert Schullan since 2019. In total, he has been working for the company since 1998 in various areas of responsibility. His international management experience and his in-depth understanding of the requirements of HAWE's target markets provide a very good basis for successfully fulfilling his role as CEO and shaping the future of the company.

"HAWE Hydraulik will be 75 years old in 2024. I am pleased that the supervisory board has placed its trust in me to lead the company into its anniversary year after Robert Schullan as the new CEO. I was able to experience and help shape the last 25 years of this history in the company myself. I will continue to stand for continuity, openness, commitment, decisiveness and trust at HAWE Hydraulik. Looking to the future, our focus will be even more on new technology areas and regions. The expansion of the local-for-local strategy is aimed at strengthening local sales as well as scaling HAWE's core business. I am looking forward to continuing our HAWE success story together with my colleagues on the Executive Board and all employees. This also includes aligning the company even more intensively with ESG criteria and thus with sustainability in the future. HAWE will continue to be a technology partner for hydraulic components, system solutions and the electrification of mobile machines, true to its motto "Solutions for a world under pressure".
