CAN-BUS
The CAN bus (Controller Area Network) is one of the classic field buses. It connects the individual participants with each other in a control structure. It has been on the market since 1986 and is therefore [...] robust communication technology. Instead of many dedicated analog and digital signal lines, the CAN bus uses a two-wire cable for digital data transmission. System components such as control devices , sensors [...] components depends on the driver modules. It is possible to connect 32, 64 or up to 128 nodes per CAN bus line. The data transmission is done via two wires, which are called CAN_High and CAN_Low. A CAN network

With stochastic bus access, each bus node wishing to send something [...] A serial bus line for data transmission within a locally restricted area is referred to as a LAN (or also an "inhouse net"). Local networks are the sole responsibility of the user and are restricted to [...] medium of their own. With shared use, all devices are connected to a single transmission medium (ring, bus line ). To prevent signal overlap and the associated destruction of sent data, each device has to

These days in industrial drive and control technology numerous [...] available, e.g. ASI (communication and electrical control are transported on the same cable), CAN bus, Interbus, Profibus DP among others. Fieldbuses are to some extent already standardised, e.g. in DIN

The individual bits of a data word are transferred in [...] transmission) takes place wherever multiple transmission channels are impossible or uneconomic (e.g. Field bus , LAN , telephone). A distinction is made between synchronous and asynchronous transmission. The key [...] synchronous, series data transmission is the exact matching of the data with the clock signal on the bus.
