Aschheim, 08/11/2026 – For the requirements of modern sawing machines, HAWE Hydraulik developed a customer-specific valve block in combination with a compact hydraulic power pack. The hydraulic power pack specially tailored to the application has six functions, which are realized via leak-free directional seated valves. As a result, the solution ensures a high level of operational reliability and reliable performance.

A special feature is the easy switching between three different clamping speeds. It enables flexible adaptation to different machining tasks and helps to increase productivity and process quality.
An integrated load sensing system ensures that the operating pressure is adapted to the respective operating state. This reduces energy consumption and heat generation. This increases the efficiency of the machine and supports resource-saving operation. An additional directly attached fan can be switched on if required to increase heat dissipation from the hydraulic system.
With its combination of compact design, high power density and intelligent control, the hydraulic power pack offers an interesting solution for sawing machine manufacturers. Users benefit from high precision, increased energy efficiency and easy handling in daily operation.
