油圧ユニットは、油圧を生成・供給して油圧機器を駆動するエネルギーユニットです。コンパクトポンプユニット、標準ユニット、サーボユニット、ミニ油圧ユニットからお選びいただけます。適切な接続ブロックを使ってバルブアセンブリを直接取り付け、そこにシート形方向切換バルブや方向切換スプールバルブを組み合わせることができます。
パワーパック
油圧ポンプは、流体を送り出して加圧することで、機械的エネルギーを油圧エネルギーに変換します。HAWE Hydraulikでは、ラジアルピストンポンプ、アキシャルピストンポンプ、ギアポンプ、空気圧式の油圧ポンプ、ハンドポンプ、ポンプエレメントを提供しています。これらは個別に使用することも、油圧ユニットに統合することもできます。
ポンプ
油圧バルブは、油圧システム内の油圧作動油の流量と圧力を制御、調整、または遮断します。方向切換バルブ、圧力制御バルブ、流量制御バルブ、チェックバルブを、さまざまな形状とサイズからお選びいただけます。これらのバルブは個別に設置することも、バルブアセンブリとして組み合わせることもできます。

制御ブロックは複数の油圧バルブをコンパクトなユニットにまとめ、機械の動きや機能を正確に制御します。HAWE Hydraulikでは、異なるバルブタイプを組み合わせたバルブアセンブリ、モジュラーセグメント構造の方向切換スプールバルブ、および特定の用途向けのリフティングモジュールとを区別しています。
