Many ancillary functions and individual modules can be found in the highly specialized agricultural machinery, which is used in all agricultural work processes. Not all of them have to be supplied directly with the central hydraulics. Using small decentralised mini hydraulic power units to drive and control these functions minimizes tubing and simplifies installation close to the control function.
Electrically driven yard loaders and telehandlers have already been working successfully in agriculture and at transshipment points for some time. The drive concepts are constantly being optimized and new components are coming onto the market. HAWE's electrification experts advise on concept development and component selection.
Automation and networking of machines and work processes in agriculture are on the rise. Modern tractors are increasingly equipped with telemetry systems and wireless communication that allow the tractor and implements to be controlled and monitored remotely. This not only increases efficiency, but also offers the opportunity to further optimize productivity and crop yield. HAWE Hydraulik supports manufacturers with state-of-the-art control systems with CAN bus from the modular system.
With the new ROVO, HAWE Hydraulik presents the third generation of its tried-and-tested robot platform, paving the way for completely new applications in the outdoor sector. Especially for agriculture, intelligent automation solutions are implemented together with proven partner companies. The ROVO is thus a building block for the transformation away from ever larger machines with more area output to the autonomous operation of several smaller machines as a fleet.
