The range includes compact hydraulic power packs, standard hydraulic power packs and mounted valves.
Hydraulic power packs
The hydraulic pumps from HAWE Hydraulik are characterised by their compact and robust design. They are suitable for low pressure, medium pressure and for applications involving high pressure of up to 1500 bar.
The range includes single pumps (radial piston pumps, axial piston pumps, air-driven hydraulic pumps, hand pumps) and pump elements. They can be supplied individually or assembled into a hydraulic power pack in the form of a compact hydraulic power pack or standard version.
Pumps
The range includes directional spool valves, directional seated valves, pressure control valves, flow valves and check valves – either as individual components or combined in valve banks.
Valves
A connection block represents the connecting link between the hydraulic power pack and the hydraulic control. The connection blocks described here are suitable for combining with HAWE compact hydraulic power packs.
Manifolds, valve banks
Integrated solutions combine different functions or modules within a single system. They are designed and optimised to ensure seamless interaction and enable data transfers between the various components. The integrated solutions are assembled from a comprehensive modular component kit in line with the customer’s specific requirements and delivered ready to install. They are employed in the most diverse range of industries and machine types.

HAWE Hydraulik offers additional electronic components tailored to our hydraulic components. These include mobile controllers, which actuate complex hydraulic systems.
The range includes electronic controls, proportional amplifiers and line connectors.
Electronics
Energy packs, also called rechargeable battery packs, consist of multiple battery modules linked together in a parallel or serial circuit. They act as universally usable electrical energy stores. In a parallel circuit, the energy packs can be expanded to form a battery system in order to reach the machine’s desired range.

Hydraulic clamping cylinder generate a pressure-controlled clamping force at the piston. Without pressure the clamping pistons return to their initial position.
Axial piston motors are constant motors. They have a constant displacement and therefore generate a fixed rotation speed dependent on the flow rate.

Various fittings are available for hydraulic accessories, which are used to connect these hydraulic devices to the pressure lines of HAWE hydraulic power packs and valves in various assembly situations.

Proportional directional spool valves are a type of directional valve. They control the direction of movement and the velocity of individual or multiple hydraulic consumers actuated simultaneously. Control is independent of the load and continuous.

Their function is to direct the flow of hydraulic medium in certain directions, therefore connecting the relevant connections, or shutting off the flow with zero leakage. By this means they control the movement of the actuators in a hydraulic system.

Flow dividers are a type of flow valve. They divide or add together a total flow rate either evenly or using a fixed ratio. The consumer pressures have no effect.
