Graphic depiction of the movement processes within a working cycle on hydraulic drives. This can be a position-(stroke)-time diagram on which the times when the drive is moving and stationary can be seen. However, it can also be a stroke-velocity diagram (Figure A 1) from which the piston velocity in the individual phases of the movement can be seen (including, e.g., the acceleration and deceleration ramps on the usage of proportional valves).
