February 4, 2026 | Munich/Germany. The flow control valve type CQ-P-DW expands the product portfolio for high-pressure applications from HAWE Hydraulik. The hydraulic valve is designed for operating pressures of up to 700 bar and impresses with its high reliability, precise control and particularly robust design.

The valve was developed in particular for use in high-pressure hydraulic systems, such as those used in mechanical engineering, hydraulic tools, building construction, test benches and the energy industry. It is an adjustable throttle valve in combination with a pressure compensator and thus a flow control valve that keeps the set flow rate constant regardless of load and viscosity. This allows the speed of the consumers to be controlled very precisely. The result is uniform cylinder movements or engine speeds and thus stable operation even with changing loads.
Another special feature is that the valve can also be adjusted under pressure. All variants are available with different opening characteristics and fine control ranges. Special attention was paid to safety and durability during development. High-quality materials, tight manufacturing tolerances and comprehensive test procedures ensure a long service life even under extreme operating conditions. In addition, the design as a manifold mounting valve enables easy integration into existing hydraulic systems as well as a flexible design on control blocks.
The HAWE product range includes other throttle valves up to 700 bar for screwing in (Cartridge valves), but also pressure valves and directional control valves in various designs for the high-pressure range.
