The blade tip brakes work independently of each other in each rotor blade. If, for example, one system fails, the brakes in the other two blades are still active. With the built-in bidirectional hydraulic pump, the hydraulic power pack can control both a single-acting cylinder or, a double-acting cylinder even without further valve technology. The built-in radial piston pump guarantees a robust and durable way of working. The system can be adapted to different plant sizes and adapted modularly.
