パワーパック

HAWE Hydraulikの油圧ポンプは、コンパクトで堅牢な構造が特長としています。これらは、低圧、中間圧、および最大1500 barまでの高圧のアプリケーションに適しています。シングルポンプ (ラジアルピストンポンプ、アキシャルピストンポンプ、空圧駆動式油圧ポンプ、ハンドポンプ) およびポンプ要素を取り揃えています。これらは単体で、またはコンパクトポンプユニットや標準ユニットとしての仕様で油圧ユニットに補足して納品することが可能です。

ポンプ

方向切換スプールバルブ、方向切換シートバルブブロック、圧力制御バルブ、流量制御バルブおよびチェックバルブをシングルコンポーネントとして、またはバルブユニットに組み込んだ形で取り揃えています。

バルブ

接続ブロックは油圧ユニットと油圧コントローラのリンクを表しています。ここに記載されている接続ブロックは、HAWEコンパクトポンプユニットとの組合せに適しています。

Battery and Battery Management

油圧クランプシリンダはピストンで圧力に依存したクランプ圧力を発生させます。圧力がかかっていない場合、クランプピストンは基本位置に戻ります。アキシャルピストンモータは固定容量形モータです。吸込み容積は一定であるため、流量に依存して固定回転速度を生成します。

Amplifiers for proportional solenoids

Electronic pressure transducers operate according to the principle of strain gauges connected in a full bridge. The sensor elements are manufactured using thin-film technology and are temperature-compensated. The measuring signal is amplified and converted by analogue electronics. Thanks to the high level of long-term stability and the EMC properties, they guarantee reliable signal detection under adverse ambient conditions.
