The HAWE Mattro product range and electrification consulting services have been an integral part of the HAWE Group's portfolio for 6 years. Since then, the product range of battery packs and the associated system components has been significantly expanded. At iVT EXPO, we will present a very attractive cross-section of our product portfolio covering electrification, automation, and AI applications in hydraulics. In consulting on the electrification of mobile machinery, the HAWE team can draw on extensive know-how from many realized projects. The concepts are adapted to the respective vehicle types and have the best possible efficiency firmly in mind.

Brief overview of selected HAWE products at iVT EXPO 2025:

IEP-Battery packs type NMC / NMCA

The IEP battery packs with NMC or NMCA technology with lithium-ion cells have been tried and tested on the market for over 10 years and offer a very high energy density (up to 300Wh/l or 180Wh/kg) and have a service life of approx. 2000 discharge cycles. The aluminum housings are available in two lengths and offer various connection options. With protection class IP65, they are ideal for many areas of application. The integrated battery management system (BMS) permanently monitors the condition of the battery.

IEP-Battery packs type LFP

The energy density of (200Wh/l or 120Wh/kg) is slightly lower than that of NMC / NMCA battery packs, but offers a significantly longer service life with approx. 4000 discharge cycles. These are particularly suitable for cost-sensitive applications where the lower energy density and the resulting higher space requirement are not the main focus. The robust aluminum housing with integrated T-slots for flexible mounting and protection class IP67 offers a high level of safety with regard to thermal influences and fire.

Modular Energy Pack (MEP)

The Modular Energy Pack from HAWE is a freely configurable solution whose flexibility allows battery packs from 100-800 V with 30 to 240 kWh to be realized. The housing is designed so that it can be easily combined and flexibly mounted. The current MEP system is based on LFP technology.

Robot platform type ROVO

The ROVO robot platform is a fully electric drive system on tracks that has been specially developed for off-highway use. The agile chassis is equipped with a powerful drive and the company's own exchangeable battery. It is already optimally prepared as standard for a wide variety of attachments and superstructures and can be optimally adapted to your needs with a wide range of options. Partner companies have already developed hardware and software extensions to match.

Intelligent valve cartridge VIPR

The intelligent valve cartridge VIPR uses the advantages of AI for commissioning, operation and adaptation to new control tasks. Four proportional seat valves arranged in an independent metering setup. Equipped with pressure sensors and an electronic controller, all channels leading to a consumer can be individually controlled.

Electrification

HAWE's customized concepts and systems range from proven hybrid solutions (partial electrification of the working hydraulics) to fully electrified vehicles. High efficiency, compact dimensions and low weight are the most important targets. These contribute to energy efficiency, pollutant and noise emissions.
