Cylinders,which do not meet the standards or not all of the standards (standard cylinders) but are offered by their manufacturers as standard. The deviations apply mainly to pressures and the piston diameter or piston rod diameter. Apart from a few exceptions, the piston strokes are not specified.
Series cylinders may also include unusual cylinder designs, such as flat cylinders or bellows cylinders if they are offered in series as standard.
