Pressure switching valves

Valves that trigger switching processes on reaching an adjustable pressure. A differentiation is made between:

Shut-off valve

  • The valve opens to the outlet on reaching a pilot pressure (example: pump idle circulation valve).

Switch-off valve – internally controlled

  • Enables the oil flow to a further consumer as soon as the pressure at the first consumer has reached a set value (control valve).

Switch-off valve – externally controlled

  • Opens the connection to a further consumer as soon as a specific external pilot pressure is reached. This valve is suitable for pressure-controlled sequential controls between separate circuits.
