On 1 January 2024, Christof Gilnhammer will take over the management board division Value Chain Management at HAWE Hydraulik. He succeeds Wolfgang Sochor, who will take over the position of CEO from this date. This completes the reorganisation of the HAWE Executive Board.
The Value Chain Management management board division at HAWE Hydraulik is responsible for the entire value chain worldwide. Christof Gilnhammer knows all these areas and has been shaping the plant network for 7 years as Head of Industrial Engineering. Digitalization, automation and sustainability in value creation are topics that he is actively promoting. To this end, he is in regular contact with the industry and with experts in the field. He is well acquainted with the requirements of the markets and thus of HAWE customers. Delivery reliability, quality and process stability, and at the same time always looking ahead to new technologies, this is what HAWE stands for as a company.
"Having started at HAWE Hydraulik as an apprentice, my passion for the topics of value creation in the company and continuous further training have now brought me to this responsible position. Since joining HAWE, I have accompanied and shaped the successful transformation from a medium-sized family business with production sites in Bavaria to the three-continental value creation of a global player."
