October 13, 2025, Munich. Usability has also become increasingly important in hydraulics. HAWE Hydraulik is launching CANpal, an interface designed to meet this demand. It allows users to remotely access PSL-CAN control blocks, read settings, and set parameters using a tablet or smartphone. This is particularly beneficial for service technicians and commissioning engineers working on mobile machines in the workshop and in the field.
7.8.2025, Munich. With EMMA, HAWE Hydraulik is launching a new plug-shaped proportional amplifier on the market, which is characterised by simple commissioning, smart monitoring functions and wireless parameterisation via WiFi. In a single housing, EMMA combines signal amplification, position monitoring and a modern web server – a world first that opens up new perspectives for both stationary and mobile applications.
Manufacturers of mining machinery, oil and gas plants and chemical plants can now also use the tried-and-tested PSL-CAN directional spool valve with onboard electronics from HAWE Hydraulik in potentially explosive atmospheres. The actuating head has been redesigned to comply with current regulations such as ATEX, IECEx, MA and CCC. The combination of intelligent valve control, simple commissioning and compact design is thus finding its way into many other areas of application. This creates the prerequisite for fully automated operation, even underground, e.g. in a man-free mine.
In mobile machinery, there are often functions that can run in sequence or even have to for safety reasons. With the MICK control block, HAWE Hydraulik has a compact and high-performance solution for this in its portfolio. Originally developed for the boom control of concrete pumps, size 2 is now coming onto the market following the successful market launch of size 3 with up to 120 l/min/consumer. This is even more compact and therefore particularly interesting for smaller spider platforms and aerial work platforms where a volume flow of up to 60 l/min per consumer is sufficient.
The demands on internal logistics are constantly growing. The desire for shorter throughput times, more flexibility and less downtime in production requires increasingly intelligent intralogistics solutions. With LOGAR, HAWE Hydraulik has established a maintenance-free, electro-hydraulic system solution for driverless transport systems that even exceeds the requirements for durability. Developed for lifting and lowering AGV and AMR platforms, the lifting system combines high energy efficiency and a long service life with a compact design.
