Since January 2021, Mr. Ye has been Regional Board Member for the "APAC" region. In the 1990s, Jiang Ye experienced China's first wave of industrialization as a sales representative and later as an independent entrepreneur. He first came into contact with HAWE while working for a well-known German manufacturer of concrete pump vehicles in the mid-1990s.

He began his professional career in the late 1980s at one of the leading engineering firms in Germany and was involved in numerous petrochemical plant construction projects in Germany and abroad during the reunification period.

Jiang Ye was born in China and completed a bachelor's degree at Tsinghua University in Beijing. In 1985, he came to Germany to complete his Master's degree in Chemical Engineering at the Technical University of Karlsruhe (today: KIT).
