Off-highway robot platform

The ROVO robot platform from HAWE Hydraulik enables intelligent automation in agriculture. It combines a payload capacity of up to 500 kg, speeds of up to 30 km/h and 1,000 Nm peak torque, making it suitable for demanding off-road applications. Interchangeable lithium-ion batteries ensure long operating times with quick replacement. With flexible attachment options, integrated mini-hydraulics and external power supply, ROVO is the versatile platform for tasks ranging from precise seeding to targeted herbicide application.

Proportional amplifier type EMMA

The proportional amplifier type EMMA has been developed for direct mounting onto a solenoid valve as a line connector. It is suitable for controlling proportional single-action and twin solenoids. The integrated magnetic measuring technology allows the neutral position/spool position of directly operated solenoid valves to be monitored. Important parameters (e.g. input signal, minimum current, maximum current, dither, ramp times, etc.) can be set via a wireless interface using a smartphone or PC.

Intelligent valve cartridge VIPR

The intelligent valve cartridge VIPR uses the advantages of AI for commissioning, operation and adaptation to new control tasks. Four proportional seat valves arranged in an independent metering setup. Equipped with pressure sensors and an electronic controller, all channels leading to a consumer can be individually controlled.

Diagnostic device CANpal

The CANpal is a compact handheld service device for diagnostics and commissioning of the PSL proportional directional valve with CAN control and the HAWE battery pack IEP. Connected via CAN bus, it enables direct communication with CAN-capable devices. With integrated WiFi and a browser-based interface, CANpal offers fast, flexible and user-friendly diagnostics, parameterization and monitoring – no additional app required.
