At HAWE, I was able to work on my bachelor's thesis, which was about the determination and evaluation of the waste produced as part of the zero waste project. After completing my studies, I was taken on as an environmental management officer at HAWE in March 2021. My tasks now include waste management (preparation of waste balances; optimisation of waste processes; invoice control and approval; external audits of waste disposal companies) and continuous improvement for more sustainable environmental protection through analyses of environmental protection potentials; evaluation of EHS aspects; setting up measures and checking their implementation; carrying out matrix certifications.
