The EMMA proportional amplifier provides greater intelligence in the smallest of spaces and is characterized by its simple commissioning, smart monitoring functions, and wireless parameterization via WLAN. EMMA combines signal amplification, switch position monitoring, and a modern web server in a single housing—a world first that opens up new perspectives for both stationary and mobile applications.

The electronic communication box with integrated real-time operating system, which is directly attached to the compact power unit type INKA, allows the recording and visualization of the operating status. The measured values of the integrated multi-sensor, including the motor speed, can be transmitted to the higher-level machine control system via an IO-Link interface and processed there - keyword condition monitoring.

With the PSL-CAN you get a wide range of diagnostic options integrated in the positioner. The data can either be analyzed with the HAWE tool PSXCAN or connected to your own monitoring software. With the CAN bus version, start and end positions are predefined in the delivery state and the hysteresis during operation is zero.
