Electrification with HAWE

Future solution with tangible benefits

More and more manufacturers and operators in the mobility sector are turning to electrified solutions. Thanks to their advantage in terms of energy efficiency, pollutant and noise emissions, they have major advantages in terms of cost-effectiveness, use in noise-sensitive areas and, in particular, their ecological footprint. The potential is considerable: up to 40 % energy can be saved if electrification is used throughout. Reason enough to take a closer look at this topic.

The right concept for every project

HAWE's customized concepts range from proven hybrid solutions (partial electrification of the working hydraulics) to fully electrified vehicles. High efficiency, compact dimensions and low weight are the most important targets. These contribute to several advantages:

  • Energy efficiency
  • pollutant emissions
  • Noise emission

In our whitepaper, you can find out how HAWE can help you exploit all the possibilities of electrification for your customers, as well as everything you need to know about the opportunities and challenges of this future market.

For full performance - electrification modules from HAWE

Users are hardly prepared to compromise on performance when switching to electrified work machines. With HAWE's tried and tested electrification modules, this is not necessary. These include

  • Battery packs
    from our own production
  • Powerful working hydraulics
    including electronic control
  • Mini hydraulic power packs
for decentralized control of work functions
  • Motor-pump unit
as a link between the electrical and hydraulic systems

Project process

Every electrification project is unique. The optimum overall system must be determined depending on the planned area of application and the intended performance spectrum of the machine. To do this, the HAWE team goes through a proven project process with the vehicle manufacturer. The vehicle manufacturer receives documentation on test results, the optimum concept and recommended components.

  • Analysis of the initial situation and, if necessary, measurements on the existing machine
  • Recording the requirements for the future vehicle
  • Concept phase and selection of components
  • Prototype construction and testing
  • Fine-tuning and transfer to series production
