At HAWE Hydraulik SE's Annual General Meeting on June 27, the Supervisory Board was re-elected as scheduled. New members of the Supervisory Board are Jurate Keblyte, Dr. Ansgar Kriwet and Karl Haeusgen, who resigned from the HAWE Board of Management.
With her wide-ranging experience in Finance & Controlling at Giesecke & Devrient and Kuka Robotics, among others, and as of August 1 as CFO of Grammer AG, Ms. Keblyte brings a variety of perspectives to the company, from start-ups to medium-sized companies and groups. At the same time, she will strengthen the competence areas of Finance, Controlling, Reporting & Planning in the HAWE Supervisory Board. With Dr. Ansgar Kriwet, HAWE was able to win a true industry professional in areas such as production, technology and sales for the Supervisory Board. As a member of the Management Board of Festo AG and as a result of the technological relationship between pneumatics and hydraulics, there are many parallels in markets and business models. With Professor Birgit Vogel-Heuser and Dr. Alexa Haeusgen, the HAWE Supervisory Board now consists of 5 members. Karl Haeusgen was elected Chairman, succeeding Hans-Jürgen Thaus, who retired for reasons of age.
