Industrial communication

We offer the interfaces for industrial communication. Whether Ethercat, IO-Link, CAN, Cloud - hydraulics masters many languages.

IO-Link as standard

The electronic communication box with integrated real-time operating system, which is directly attached to the compact power unit type INKA, allows the recording and visualization of the operating status. The measured values of the integrated multi-sensor can be transmitted to the higher-level machine control system via an IO-Link interface and processed there - keyword condition monitoring.

Functional safety integrated in the valve control

With state-of-the-art valve technology, directly attached to the compact power units you can monitor the position of the valves and reach safety levels up to performance level D.

Servo hydraulics well connected

HAWE's modular system allows adaptation to the desired level of energy efficiency, drive speed and noise emission. The matching intelligent electronic controls offer extensive diagnostic options e.g. with the smartphone app HAWE eControl.

Directional seated valves as an energy-efficient alternative

HAWE Hydraulik considers not only the manufacturing process, but the entire life cycle of its products and solutions to continuously reduce its environmental footprint. This can only be achieved in cooperation with our customers and our internal and external supply chain. Concrete examples of this can also be found in the CETOP directional seated valves at the booth.

Product carbon footprint considered

HAWE Hydraulik uses the GHG Protocol to evaluate its Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) and currently considers the cycle from procurement of all materials to delivery to the customer. The high degree of vertical integration in HAWE's production plants, the associated short transportation distances, and a product design that generates little material waste during production all contribute positively to this.

Easy to adapt and expand

The compact power units with their directly attached valve banks are designed in a consistent modular system. All components are easy to replace in case of service or can be exchanged or expanded in case of new functions needed.
