Industrial communication

We offer the interfaces for industrial communication. Whether Ethercat, IO-Link, CAN, Cloud - hydraulics masters many languages.

IO-Link as standard

The electronic communication box with integrated real-time operating system, which is directly attached to the compact power unit type INKA, allows the recording and visualization of the operating status. The measured values of the integrated multi-sensor, including the motor speed, can be transmitted to the higher-level machine control system via an IO-Link interface and processed there - keyword condition monitoring.

Your entry into CAN bus communication

With the PSL-CAN you get a wide range of diagnostic options integrated in the positioner. The data can either be analyzed with the HAWE tool PSXCAN or connected to your own monitoring software. With the CAN bus version, start and end positions are predefined in the delivery state and the hysteresis during operation is zero.

Electronic amplifier with EtherCAT

HAWE's modular system allows adaptation to the desired level of energy efficiency and noise emission for press brakes. The matching intelligent electronic amplifier type EV2D with EtherCAT for all valve-controlled systems additionally offers extensive diagnostic options with the smartphone app HAWE eControl.

Boom and outrigger control in one block

In order to transfer the advantages of the CAN bus in the control of main functions in mobile machines to secondary functions, HAWE Hydraulik has developed the directional control valve block MICK. This not only saves the machine manufacturer time during assembly, but also weight and installation space in the vehicle.

Firm stand for heavy equipment

Hydraulic floor-lock systems are the small inconspicuous cylinders that firmly fix and support very heavy mobile equipment at its place of use. No matter whether the ground is sloping, slippery or uneven, once the equipment has been moved to its location, fixing takes place at the push of a button. Applications in medical technology, mobile robots in assembly, analytical equipment in the laboratory, labeling machines and 3D printers in manufacturing are just a few potential places of use.

Powerful batteries and efficient hydraulics for electrification

The more efficient the working hydraulics, the longer the operation is possible with the same battery charge. If the overall concept is professionally designed, there is no need to compromise on performance. Thus, with suitable hydraulic components, efficient system solutions can be realized in mobile machines.

Directional seated valves as an energy-efficient alternative

HAWE Hydraulik considers not only the manufacturing process, but the entire life cycle of its products and solutions in order to continuously reduce its ecological footprint. This can only be achieved in close cooperation with our customers and our internal and external supply chain. Concrete examples of this can also be found in the CETOP directional seated valves at the booth.

Product carbon footprint considered

HAWE Hydraulik uses the GHG protocol to evaluate its product carbon footprint (PCF) and currently considers the cycle from procurement of all materials to delivery to the customer. The high degree of vertical integration in HAWE's production plants, the associated short transport distances, and a product design that generates little material waste during production all contribute positively to this.

Hydraulics driven without emissions

HAWE's motor-pump unit is a key component for generating hydraulic power from an electric drive train. It can be used primarily in electrified work machines or as a power take-off for electric trucks.
