Employee Assistance Program:

Available for employees and their families, this assessment and referral service provides confidential, individual assistance for a wide range of personal and work-related issues in convenient locations to ease the burden of getting the needed help.

Time Off:

We offer paid time off so employees can spend time with family and friends. The company offices are closed in observance of designated national holidays. We even close a little earlier on Friday´s to help our employees get their weekends started sooner!

HAWE Wellness:

Our program follows a holistic wellness model. This means that we care about the physical fitness of our employees as well as their financial, social, and environmental well-being. We provide opportunities for our employees to better themselves through the year with several initiatives.

HAWE Cares:

HAWE Hydraulik is committed to supporting HAWE employees, the local businesses and organizations and charities within the communities we operate. In an effort to show that commitment, HAWE employees created a internal committee named HAWE Cares with members in each of HAWE´s North American locations.
