The down-the-hole drilling rigs are used in large and medium-sized quarries, mining and construction sites. They are designed to be highly productive and reduce fuel consumption and operating costs to a minimum. The hydraulic control system, among other things, moves the arm and controls the drilling advance. It should be robust and consume little energy to allow maximum operating time.
