Robert Schullan has been Spokesman of the Board of Management and CEO of HAWE Hydraulik SE since July 2019. As a member of the Management Board, he is responsible for "Relationship Management and People and Organizational Management".
From April 2018 to July 2023, he was also responsible for Sales and Marketing as CSO (Chief Sales Officer). Prior to his appointment as CSO, Robert Schullan was a member of the Supervisory Board of HAWE SE from September 2008 until the end of March 2018.
He spent a large part of his previous professional career at the Schaeffler Group, where he was most recently on the Executive Board, responsible for the Industrial Division. In 1998, Robert Schullan was appointed to the executive management of INA Schaeffler KG, as the company was named at the time. Initially focusing on sales in the mechanical engineering and retail sectors, he played a key role in Schaeffler's acquisition of FAG Kugelfischer AG. In the course of the integration he drove forward in particular a focus on sectors as well as the international alignment of the Industrial Division, which was a result of this work. In 2014 Robert Schullan decided not to renew his expiring contract and resigned at the end of April 2015. Until his appointment to the Executive Board of HAWE 2018, he devoted himself to various positions as a consultant.
Before joining Schaeffler's executive management, Robert Schullan had a classic career in sales with the company, where he started in 1985 as a field engineer in the Offenbach automotive office. Robert Schullan graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich in 1985.
Robert Schullan is a member of the Advisory Board of the company Ludwig Meister GmbH & Co. KG in Munich. In his free time, he is involved as a board member in the association Technik ohne Grenzen e.V., which is dedicated to improving the living conditions in developing countries. He is a member of the Rotary Club Höchstadt. Robert Schullan is married and has three adult children.
